Definitions

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any enrolment confirmation issued by us.
• "We / Us / Our" means Anong Finance, operating at 173 Ratchadamri Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.
• "Service" means any workshop, programme, or educational session offered by Anong Finance, whether in person or by other means.
• "User" or "Participant" means any individual who registers for, attends, or otherwise accesses a Service.
• "Content" means all materials, worksheets, glossaries, workbooks, and reference documents provided as part of a Service.
• "Website" means the Anong Finance website at anongfinz.pro.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry or enrolment request, or by attending any part of a Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Service.
• You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of Thailand.
• Where you enrol on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that they are aware of these Terms.

Service Description

Anong Finance offers small-group and individual financial literacy workshops for adults, delivered in Bangkok, Thailand. Our current programmes are:

• Reading the Household's Own Numbers — a two-session workshop on household budgeting (฿5,350 THB per participant).
• The Quiet Reading of Funds — a four-session evening programme on mutual-fund and provident-fund factsheet literacy (฿8,400 THB per participant).
• The Considered Year for the Soon-to-Retire — a four-session programme for adults approaching retirement (฿11,500 THB per participant).

Services are generally offered to residents or persons situated in Thailand. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, and we will communicate any such decision promptly.

Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation by email. Submission of an enquiry form does not itself constitute enrolment.

• We will confirm session dates, venue, and payment details in the enrolment confirmation.
• We may schedule participants into a cohort based on capacity; we will inform you of this at the time of confirmation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are accurate and current.

Participant Responsibilities

To help each session run well for everyone, participants agree to the following:

• Treat the facilitator and other participants with consideration and respect.
• Keep confidential any personal financial information shared by other participants in the course of a workshop.
• Not record, photograph, or reproduce any part of a session without our prior written agreement.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content we provide.
• Not use the Service or its Content for any purpose contrary to Thai law.
• Arrive on time; where a session cannot be rescheduled, late arrival does not entitle a participant to a refund of that session.

Intellectual Property

All Content — including worksheets, workbooks, glossaries, slides, and reading lists — is the intellectual property of Anong Finance and is protected under Thai copyright law.

• We grant participants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Content for their own private reference and reflection.
• Content may not be copied, shared with third parties, sold, or adapted without our written consent.
• The Anong Finance name and any associated marks are our property. You may not use them without our permission.

Payment Terms

All fees are stated and payable in Thai Baht (THB). Payment details will be provided in your enrolment confirmation.

• Full payment is due within 7 days of enrolment confirmation, or before the first session, whichever comes sooner.
• If payment is not received within this period, your place may be released to another participant and we will notify you.
• Cancellation by participant: If you cancel more than 14 days before the first session, we will refund 80% of the programme fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the first session are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer a transfer to a future cohort at our discretion.
• Cancellation by Anong Finance: If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund within 14 days, or a transfer to the next available cohort if you prefer.
• We do not accept responsibility for bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges incurred by participants.

Programme-Specific Terms

The following apply to our educational programmes:

• Attendance at all sessions is encouraged; we are not in a position to re-deliver missed sessions individually.
• Printed materials (worksheets, workbooks) are provided as part of the programme fee and are for the personal use of the enrolled participant only.
• No certificates of completion are currently issued. Our programmes are designed for personal understanding rather than formal qualification.
• Session content reflects publicly available information, Thai regulatory documents, and our own developed materials. It does not constitute advice tailored to any individual's circumstances.
• We may adjust session content from time to time to reflect changes in publicly available materials or regulations; we will inform enrolled participants of any material changes.

Disclaimers

Anong Finance provides financial literacy education. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal advice.

• Nothing communicated in any session, material, or correspondence from Anong Finance constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.
• Participants are encouraged to consult qualified financial, legal, or tax professionals for advice suited to their individual circumstances.
• Our Services are provided in good faith and with reasonable care. We do not, however, warrant that the Content is complete, free from error, or current at any particular date beyond the time of delivery.
• Past performance information discussed during sessions is for educational context only and does not indicate future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law:

• Our total liability to any participant under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from use of the Service or reliance on any Content.
• We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, public health measures, or disruption to venue access.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that may not be excluded under Thai consumer protection law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anong Finance, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Content, or any unlawful act by you in connection with the Service.

Termination

Either party may bring the Agreement to an end in the circumstances described below.

• By the participant: You may withdraw from a programme at any time. The refund provisions in Section 7 apply.
• By Anong Finance: We may withdraw a participant's enrolment if they breach these Terms, behave in a way that disrupts the workshop for others, or if a situation arises that makes continued delivery impractical. In such cases we will consider what, if any, refund is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
• Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will continue to apply after the Agreement ends.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

• If a concern arises, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
• We will acknowledge your concern within 5 business days and aim to respond in full within 15 business days.
• If informal resolution is not reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
• Where relevant, the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and its amendments may apply to your rights.

General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Anong Finance in respect of the Service.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your enrolment or any rights under these Terms to another person without our written consent.
• Notices: Notices from us to you will be sent to the email address you provided at enrolment. Notices from you to us should be sent to [email protected].

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law.

• When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• For participants currently enrolled in a programme, material changes will be communicated by email.
• Continued use of our Website or enrolment in new programmes following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
